Universal Access Program
Our Vision
At Soluz, we believe that everyone should have the ability to acquire a quality solar product that converts sunlight into electricity to save them money and provide a dignified level of electricity access with resilient Off-Grid Solar. With your help, we can make that vision a reality.
Thanks to our partnership with Let’s Share the Sun Foundation, (LSTS) we're bringing solar power to remote communities in Honduras, through the Universal Access Program.
In the video below, you will hear from the founders and meet some of the families whose lives have been transformed by this program.
It’s more than solar power—it’s about energy access, climate resilience, and the power of working together.
Our Goal is to Serve 5000 Families in Honduras by 2030
In 2025 we completed a pilot phase serving 1000 families with solar kits. Results-Based Funding (RBF) from LSTS in the amount of $100 per family has accelerated our progress by offering discounts to families and supporting logistical costs to reach remote areas.
Mapping Progress of the Universal Access Program!
How we are able to expand Energy Access
Our program model combines Results Based Funding (RBF) from our Non-profit partner Let’s Share the Sun, with customer financing from our non-profit partner Kiva to effectively deliver and install solar kits at low cost to families in otherwise unreachable areas of Honduras.
Global Recognition
In March 2025 Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) awarded Soluz Honduras the:
Energy Heroes Innovator Award for the Latin America and the Caribbean Region
